For the base, crush some biscuits with plant-based margarine, divide the mixture into 6 small glasses, and refrigerate to set. Meanwhile, whip the plant-based cream with syrup and vanilla. Add the vegan cream cheese along with our mature cheese seasoning for an extra boost of flavour, and whip a little more until smooth and creamy.
Fill the glasses with the mixture and chill for half an hour to firm up. To finish, top with our sugar-free jams—100% natural and absolutely delicious. Add a Lotus biscuit on top and… let’s enjoy, baby!
