  • 500g.ofPlant-Based Whipping Cream
  • 200g.ofSpreadable Tofu
  • 1Pack of"LOTUS" Style Biscuits
  • 1Tbsp ofMargarine
  • 4Tbsp ofAgave syrup

  • 150g.ofSugar-Free Jam with Rose Petals, Strawberry, and Cardamom

Steps

1We crush the biscuits with the plant-based margarine, divide the mixture into 6 small glasses, and refrigerate.
2We whip the cream with the syrup and vanilla.
3We add the plant-based cream cheese and the mature cheese seasoning, then whip a little more.
4We fill the moulds and let them chill for half an hour to set.
5We top with Guimarana jams, a Lotus biscuit, and get ready to enjoy—let’s go, baby!

Cheesecake

Make a delicious vegan cheesecake in under 15 minutes with our mature cheese seasoning. It’s creamy, quick, and perfect for a no-fuss indulgence.

For the base, crush some biscuits with plant-based margarine, divide the mixture into 6 small glasses, and refrigerate to set. Meanwhile, whip the plant-based cream with syrup and vanilla. Add the vegan cream cheese along with our mature cheese seasoning for an extra boost of flavour, and whip a little more until smooth and creamy.

Fill the glasses with the mixture and chill for half an hour to firm up. To finish, top with our sugar-free jams—100% natural and absolutely delicious. Add a Lotus biscuit on top and… let’s enjoy, baby!

You can swap the tofu spread for a soft vegan cheese spread if you prefer. And if you don’t have our jams, use any you have at home—though we must warn you: ours are next level!

Notes:

To make this delicious cheesecake, you can swap the tofu spread for a vegan cheese spread. For the topping, you can use any type of jam, but we use our own—after all, it’s our recipe! Plus, our jams are sugar-free and packed with super tasty flavours.
