Steps

1BROTH: Mix Guimarana’s pork and chicken broth with cold water, bring to a boil for 3 minutes, then add all the vegetables and remaining broth ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
2Add the gyozas to the broth and heat for another 3 minutes.
3To serve: Place the gyozas in the bowls along with the vegetables and tofu, garnish with the fresh vegetable toppings, and fill the bowls with the broth as hot as possible.
